Jordan Mellifera Noble Late Harvest RieslingDe Zuid Afrikaanse dessert wijn van Jordan wordt gemaakt van ingedroogd Riesling druiven. Deze wijn wordt alleen gemaakt in de jaren waarbij botrytis op de druiven wordt aangetroffen. Deze wijn is vernoemd naar Cape Honey Bee, de Kaapse Honingbij. De druiven staan aangeplant op de Riesling wijngaard op een hoogte van 280 meter boven zeeniveau. De wijnstokken zijn inmiddels 32 jaar oud en leveren uitstekend rijpe druiven met bijzondere eigenschappen.
